I have had Giles from Ovenclean cleaning my two commercial ovens every 3 months for the past year and a half. Being in the catering business it is a must that I hygienically maintain my ovens to a professional standard at all times.
Ovenclean cleans my ovens using non caustic and non toxic products, in under 2 hours per oven. I also have my ovens cleaned at home, after having them do it once; I would never clean the ovens myself again. Gary worked away for 3 solid hours.
